Types Of Packages

Packages can be static or dynamic.

  • Static Package Performance:
    • The itinerary in static packages is fixed, with set departure dates and durations.
    • Flexibility is limited and will take a very long time to modify.
    • Supplier integration is limited, and therefore, processes are mostly email-based.
    • Confirmation Time is mostly in days.
    • The price is lower due to travel agents acquiring bulk deals and achieving economies of scale.
    • Booking Experience is often unpleasant and lacks customization options.

We see a static package example with a fixed itinerary and minimal flexibility.

    • Modification Time is minimal, as changes can be made in real time.
    • Supply Integrations are high, enabling real-time pricing and customization.
    • Confirmation Time is instant due to real-time integration.
    • Price tends to be higher.
    • The Booking Experience is enjoyable due to real-time customization and flexibility.

We see examples of packages that allow you to customize based on the number of nights and the preferred star quality of the hotel.
